By using Callr Video Publisher ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service composes short videos from clips you provide and, on your explicit approval, publishes them to TikTok or Instagram accounts you have connected via official login.
You keep all rights to your content. You confirm you have the rights to every clip you upload and that published videos comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You grant the Service only the permission needed to process and publish your videos.
Do not use the Service for spam, misleading content, infringement of third-party rights, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.
Publishing depends on TikTok and Instagram APIs. We are not responsible for their availability, moderation decisions or changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost content.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
